Calm has sleep stories, guided meditations, and soothing sounds. They have a special offer for teachers where you can get Calm Premium for 40% off, $41.99 for the year. They also have some great resources of mindfulness activities that you can do with your students - completely free!

2. Momentum Dash

Momentum Dash is a freemium app for Chrome. It is an inspirational, calming, and focusing dashboard. You would need to first add it to Chrome and then there is a short sign up process. Then, whenever you open Chrome, it will be your facing page. There is a calming photo, inspirational quote, a place to add your to-do list, and also a place for you frequently accessed websites.


3. Balance App for your phone

The Balance app is currently free for a year! It personalizes meditations to you and your goals whether they be sleep or stress. After the free year it is $69.99 per year if you wish to continue.

6. Free at-home Covid Testing kits for select communities

Just go to the Say Yes website, enter in your zip code, and see if your community is eligible for free at home testing kits. You can also, potentially, earn up to $250 by participating in a testing study. You would need to test yourself for Covid every other day. Some of the tests will be at home test so that you could have the results in 15 minutes and others are PCR test where you would get the results in 2 to 3 days.
