Frayer a Friend is one of the Smart Starts activities. Smart Starts are activities to help build culture. In Frayer a Friend, you have the students randomly partner up and interview another student. When they are each finished interviewing, they share out. I have included two Frayers in the slidedeck (click on the picture below).
